You can find your points and rewards in My Account and they will be available to spend when you go through to checkout. Points can be redeemed to the value of 1 point = £1.00.
Most points are issued instantly but points earned for leaving a review take a little longer (up to 72 hours) to appear in your account. When you send a referral link to your friend, the points will automatically be added to your account once your friend has created an account and placed their first order, providing they are creating a new account using the referral link you sent.
The rewards programme and entries to free competitions are not intended to be abused. Anyone found creating multiple accounts will have their site credits or entries revoked and access to the website may be restricted. We can only issue free points once per user for submitted and verified reviews.
